How to pay

Checkout takes a few minutes. You pay by crypto, Zelle or bank transfer and upload proof at checkout, and we ship once the funds have arrived. Direct payment is 20% off the list price.

Step by step

1. Fill your cart. Add products from the shop. Shipping is a flat $9.99 within the U.S. You must be 18 or older and buy for laboratory research use only.
2. Open checkout. Enter your name, email and U.S. shipping address, then tick the research-use and returns boxes at the bottom of the page.
3. Choose Direct payment. This is the option that saves 20%. Card payment is shown as coming soon.
4. Pick how you will pay. Crypto, Zelle or bank transfer. The payment details for the method you pick appear on the page and in your order email. Note your order number: it is your payment reference. Then follow the steps for your method below.
5. Add your proof. Drop a screenshot of the payment into the proof box, or enter the transaction ID. Then tap Complete order.
6. We verify and ship. We confirm that the funds arrived, ship, and email you. Anything unavailable is refunded in full.

Pay by crypto

1. Pick Crypto at checkout and copy the wallet address shown. Check the network shown next to it.
2. Send the exact total on that network only. Funds sent on a different network cannot be recovered.
3. Copy the transaction ID from your wallet, paste it into the proof box and add a screenshot if you can.
4. Tap Complete order.

Pay by Zelle

1. Pick Zelle at checkout and note the recipient shown.
2. Send the exact total and put your order number in the memo.
3. Take a screenshot of the confirmation and drop it in the proof box (add the confirmation number too if you have it).
4. Tap Complete order.

Pay by bank transfer

1. Pick Bank transfer at checkout and note the account details shown.
2. Send the exact total and put your order number in the reference field.
3. Upload a screenshot of the confirmation and add the confirmation number.
4. Tap Complete order.

Send only the exact amount shown, from an account in your own name.

Good to know

• Keep your receipt until the order arrives.
• Record a video when you open the package. Every claim needs it. See returns and discrepancies.
