Who are these products for?
ELEV8TE Labs supplies materials for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and we do not provide dosing, administration or medical-use guidance.
Do I have to be 18 or older to order?
Yes. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 and ordering for lawful laboratory research.
How does ordering work?
Add vials to your order, check out, and pay by crypto, Zelle or bank transfer. We verify your payment, then ship your order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and refund it in full.
What do I get in a retail order?
Retail orders are single vials at the listed price.
What does shipping cost?
U.S. orders ship for a flat $9.99. We do not guarantee delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
Not through this checkout. Our online checkout is for U.S. delivery.
Do you provide certificates of analysis (COAs)?
Where available, a third-party certificate of analysis (COA) is linked on the product page, and you can see them all on our COA Coalition profile. These are shared third-party reports and are not matched to a specific lot. Questions about COAs, or anything else before you order, can be sent to elev8telabs@gmail.com or the form below.
What if something is missing, wrong or damaged?
Email elev8telabs@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package, the opening, and every vial and its label. Photos alone are not accepted. See the Returns page.
Can I return an order because I changed my mind?
No. Research materials cannot be restocked once shipped. You can cancel before we ship for a full refund of anything paid, including shipping.
Can you advise how to use a product?
No. We cannot provide use, dosing, preparation or administration advice of any kind.
Do you sell for personal use, or advise on syringes and dosing?
No. We do not supply or advise on personal use, syringes, dosing or human use, and we cannot sell to anyone buying in that context. Everything we sell is for laboratory research use only.
